What should I do if the screw holes don't align during installation?
if you find the screw holes misaligned during assembly, consider loosening the screws on the other side slightly, without tightening them too much. This allows us to adjust the position during installation to avoid the issue of misaligned screw holes.
How to adjust the looseness or tightness of the backrest when reclining?
To make the backrest tilt more easily, turn the knob clockwise. Conversely, turning the knob counterclockwise will make the backrest tilt more rigid. You can adjust the knob to find the desired level of tilt resistance that suits you best.
What is the purpose of the included touch-up paint pen?
It can be used on areas that have been damaged during shipping or installation to make them look more aesthetically pleasing.
How to reset the backrest height adjustment？
Hear first "click" means shifted to the second level. Adjusted to the third level (highest level), lifting it once more will unlock and return to the first level. After raising the backrest to its highest position, lifting it again will return it to its initial position.
